Arctic wolves have behavioral adaptations. Behavioral adaptations are like normal adaptations except, they effect animals behavior, movement , thinking, and even the way they normally act. Here are some fun facts about Arctic wolves. Artic wolves mostly eat arctic hares and seals. Artic wolves are not fast runners. Arctic wolf pups are black when they're first born but as they grow up they start to turn white. The Arctic wolves make dens and some live in caves. Since, they're not that fast of an animal they will use their other abilities to attack their prey. The mother Arctic wolf gives birth to 2 or 3 pups in a day, this is less than a Gray wolf. When the pups are 5 weeks old they are allowed out of the den or cave. When the mother goes hunting, other wolves in the pack take care of the pups until she returns.
